MINIMUM ORDER:
Minimum order on the white cardboard cotton filled
boxes is 100, or one carton. Cartons cannot be broken into smaller lots.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS:
The quantity discount for orders of 1000 or more boxes
is -10%. Sizes may be mixed to obtain the quantity discount, but orders must be
in multiples of 100 boxes or more, of each size.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
FOB San Jose, CA. Please add an estimated $8.00 per
100 boxes for shipping within the USA. UPS or Parcel Post shipping is
recommended. Non-USA orders: Surface Parcel Post shipping is recommended. Add
$12.00 extra per 100 boxes for shipping. Please send sufficient amount for
shipping. Any excess will be refunded.
SAMPLES:
Send $4.05 for Priority Mail, plus the price
for individual boxes you have an interest in. Sample prices are @ 1% of the 100
prices, above, i.e., 48c, 53c, etc., each respective size. Non-USA sample
orders: send $6.00 for Airmail Letter Post shipping.
PAYMENT TERMS:
1. COLLECTORS, SMALL BUSINESS ORDERS, ETC.:
Payment by check, bank draft, or credit card OK. Approval shipments OK to
customers or businesses with established accounts. Credit card or approval
shipment orders may be phoned in, sent by FAX, or emailed. Your check will not
be deposited, or your credit card charge processed, until after your order has
been shipped.
2. SCHOOLS, MUSEUMS, GOVERNMENT, OR OTHER INSTITUTIONS:
Mail in your Purchase Order, phone, FAX, or email with your Purchase Order
number, billing, and shipping instructions. Payment terms are NET 20 DAYS after
the order has been shipped. Invoices are mailed the same day your order is
shipped. On orders exceeding $200.00 U.S., payment in advance is required for
the boxes unless previous arrangements have been made, or you have an
established account with us. Shipping charges will be billed at our cost, when
the order is shipped.
