PAYMENT OPTIONS: See the Order Form for details. Approvals can be sent to customers who have established accounts, i.e., those who have done business with us in the past, and/or those who have their credit card number on file with us. We accept payments by credit cards, bank drafts drawn in U.S. dollars, personal checks if drawn on U.S. banks (Allow 10 days to clear), money orders, or cash (U.S. dollars only).

SALES TAX: California residents only -- please add the sales tax applicable to your area. If purchasing for resale, please supply us with your Resale Number (Tax ID Number).

SHIPPING CHARGES: All prices are given FOB San Jose, CA. Please specify on the Order Form, or let us know when you email or call, how you prefer to have your order shipped. Options are listed on the Order Form. We will ship your order and invoice you for the exact amount of the shipping charges (NO handling charges added!).  We ship anywhere -- worldwide!

RETURNS: 

• Items that are special ordered are not returnable. 
• Instruments, equipment, boxes and stands are returnable with 15% restocking fee when returned in original condition and packaging.  Items not returned in original condition and packaging are not accepted.  Please call for RMA number before returning any item.  RMA must be requested within 10 days of receipt of order.
• All other items are returnable for full refund when returned in original condition. 
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
