The versatile B-100 Series of high powered ultraviolet (UV) inspection lamps offer brilliant irradiance for optimum fluorescence. With seven lamps to choose from, there is one for your longwave (365nm) inspection needs.

Features: Lamp heads on all models of the B-100 Series lamps are mounted onto pistol-grip handles that balance well in the hand. These ergonomically designed units reduce operator fatigue. The grip handle on all models (except the B-100SP) fits into the transformer base allowing the lamp head to rotate a full 360°. The self-ballasted B-l00SP requires no external transformer. The patented Cool-Touch^TM lamp housing allows users to handle the lamp head regardless of how long the lamp has been on. These rugged lamp heads are molded from a special heat-resistant plastic. Unlike the wire-cage housings of competitive lamps, these lamp housings are safe - never too hot to touch. This feature comes standard on AP, YP, and SP models. All UVP high powered ultraviolet lamps can be placed face down on a working surface without damage to the filter.

 
B-100AP, B-100AP/R

B-100AP: Provides 100 watts of high-intensity longwave illumination. This lamp features the Cool-Touch housing. At 18 inches (457 mm) the B-100AP produces a highly intense center of UV irradiance about 5 inches (127 mm) in diameter. The lamp head is connected to the transformer base by an 8 foot cord. CSA listed.

B-100AP/R:  This model has the same features as the B-100AP plus 20 foot (6.1 meters) primary and secondary cords which provide added mobility.  Two cord holders, extending 2.93 inches (74 mm) on both sides of the ballast, keep cord slack under control.

B-100YP: Provides high contrast light for the semiconductor fabrication industry. In addition to the Cool-Touch housing, this lamp features a yellow filter which blocks wavelengths shorter than 500nm and produces three strong mercury lines at 543, 574, and 576nm.  Because most photoresist absorption occurs below 450nm, the B-I 00YP is the perfect choice for semiconductor inspection. The lamp head is connected to the transformer base by an 8 foot (2.44m) cord. CSA listed.

B-100Y:  This product has the same yellow filter and wavelength capability as the B-I00YP. B-100Y is housed in scratch-resistant, powder-painted aluminum. It’s lamp head is attached to the transformer base with an 8 foot (2.44 m) cord. UL. listed.

B-100SP High Intensity Lamp:  This 160 watt longwave, self-ballasted lamp is our most portable high-powered lamp. The ballast is built directly into the Cool-Touch lamp head. An 8 foot (2.44 m) line cord and UVP Bulb-Protector come standard with this model. An “on/off" switch is positioned on the handle for accessibility.
